The breakfast options were delightful every morning.
I found the bathroom lacked a plug in the basin, making it inconvenient. The check-in process via machine felt impersonal, as there was no staff available to assist. Additionally, the noise from the kitchen early in the morning disrupted sleep, which was disappointing during my stay.

The location was perfect near the zoo. However, the TV kept turning itself off during our stay.

Avisa's stay made a solid impression. The room was surprisingly spacious with views of the zoo. Breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring hot eggs, sausage, fruits, and excellent coffee. The check-in process was smooth with an automated machine. While the staff was cordial, the checkout lacked a personal touch. An immediate concern was the noise level. meals from the kitchen started early and could disrupt sleep. Despite this, the charm of the breakfast room and overall cleanliness stood out. The free mini-bar was an unexpected delight that added to the experience. I recommend avoiding rooms near the kitchen for a quieter stay.

The hotel was perfect for our stay with the kids. We enjoyed exploring the area, especially the nearby parks, which the kids loved. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh options that made mornings delightful. We appreciated the free minibar, which was a nice touch!
My wife says that a small play area for kids would make the experience even better.

Solo travelers will love it
The staff was super friendly, really went out of their way to help us. The automated key pickup system was smooth, real slick. Our room had this cool sloped ceiling and though it was a bit of a head-banger, it totally added character. The view of the zoo from our top-floor window was just spectacular. Plus, the breakfast buffet, man, it was a solid deal with plenty of options like fresh fruits and good coffee.
It wasn’t overpriced but on the higher side, just fyi.
